Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched please refer to our return and refund policy. To begin the cancellation process, you are required to fill out our Contact Us form on our website, providing your order number, name on order and the reason for cancellation.
Our mail box is monitored 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Once the order cancellation request has been received it may take up to 14 working days for the cancellation and refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once the cancellation has been accepted. Please note a member of are team may need to contact you regarding the cancellation request.
No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.
